Had a great two nights at the property. Was close to everything! We only had 6 people so didn’t use all the rooms or beds, of which there are so many!
Space looked like the photos and host was easy to communicate with.

Perfect location and great for a bachelorette party weekend!

This place was a wonderful stay overall! The location was great, with easy access to town. We were even able to ride E-bikes from the house to Broadway, which was super convenient. There was plenty of room for our large group. We chose to cook at the house for a few nights rather than eat out. Since the house seems geared toward hosting larger groups, having a few larger pots and pans available would have been really nice for cooking for everyone.
That being said, the house does seem a little run down in some areas. There were several loose door handles, and part of the balcony railing/side felt unstable and could be shaken quite a bit. We also weren’t provided with dishwasher pods, but were asked to run the dishwasher as part of checkout. When we arrived, the insulation on the garage door was also peeled off and partially hanging outside the garage door.
Those things aside, we had a great stay. The house is especially convenient for larger groups, and the location is a major plus!!

Great location close to downtown. Great spot. Loved the pool table.

We had a great stay at The Pink Pony Pad. It is a perfect place for a bachelorette party and a very short ride or 20 minute walk to Broadway. It does have several flights of stairs, so just be prepared for that. Also know ahead of time that you share a rooftop with the other two units, so anyone can come over on your rooftop at any point.
Perfect for a large group of girls, we had 19 people and everyone fit in perfectly!
