Visited for a 21st birthday celebration…we couldn’t have asked for anything better! 4 bedrooms on 1 side. 4 on the other was perfect. 2 full kitchens stocked with everything you would need down to a crock pot. The property was exactly as pictured. The host was absolutely phenomenal—always responsive to questions and truly went above and beyond to help in every aspect of our family’s stay. The property is well worth it and is within walking distance of most of Nashville. I would highly recommend giving this host the opportunity to earn your business, as they have certainly earned mine for future stays in the Nashville area.

The place is exactly as advertised. Tons of beds, cute rooftop, very walkable/safe neighborhood. The building is very lived in but comfortable. One of the beds was broken in the bedframe when we arrived but there were enough beds that we didn’t need that one. Honestly a perfect spot for a weekend with friends!

We stayed and worked here for 5 days for my 15 person team's offsite. Worked great for that - the first unit had a good space for all of us to congregate, while the set of townhomes together had enough bedrooms for each person to get their own room. Nice location near Centennial Park + Vandy's campus

Wild crown Properties were great! We rented the Boot and Blush air bnb and had PLENTY of room for all of our guest. They had shampoo and conditioner, soap, garbage bags, etc. They were only 10 minutes from Broadway. It was the smoothest check in and check out process. Highly recommend!

The house was great, easy check-in, great community and communication with the host. However I feel like the description was miss leading, said it was minutes to broadway but it was over an hour walk to downtown broadway and 15-25 minute drive. The location was very nice, a beautiful walking park minutes away from the house and the area was clean and quiet. This is a townhouse and seems to be huge area for large groups of people with an attached other townhouse. We did have a drunk person trying to get into our place at 6 am, however this was outside of the hosts control. Wouldn’t talk anyone out of it, just a FYI to keep doors locked

We had such a fun time staying at the property, what you see is what you get the photos and description. Do a great job. Very close to downtown Broadway a 10 minute maximum Uber ride and you’re there!

This house was perfect. We took a trip to celebrate our senior year of college. The house fit all of our guests with even more space than we needed. It was in a great neighborhood with such great neighbors - the house next to us was rented out by a group doing the same as us in Nashville and made for a fun weekend. It was a short 15 minute drive to Nashville and extremely short trip to the store. Our girls had fun getting ready together on the second floor and watching the sunrise on the balcony. MANY MANY MANY picture opportunities throughout the house as well as decor! The house was perfect and we will definitely be recommending to our friends.

This property was perfect to host a group of 8 friends (4 couples) traveling to Nashville for a weekend of fun. The house was large and set up for entertainment on every level. The basement had a fun hang out with games and seating. And the too rooftop was amazing. The view at night of the city skyline was spectacular.Rooms and bedding were clean with plenty of towels. Bedroom Bathrooms are missing trash cans—I think that’s the only thing we felt we were “looking for” the whole weekend —haha! Thanks for a great stay- would def pick this spot if we come back.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here! We came to Nashville for a bachelorette party and absolutely loved the house. There was plenty of space for our whole group, and it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a fun weekend. The location was super convenient, just a quick 10-minute drive to Broadway, which made it easy to get to all the action but still have a quiet place to come back to. Would definitely recommend this place for any group trip to Nashville!

We stayed here for a week as a group of 7 girls on holiday in Nashville and had a great experience overall. The property was spotless on arrival, and all the beds were very comfortable — perfect after long days exploring. The TV had Netflix and other streaming options, and all appliances worked perfectly. A few small touches could make it even better for larger groups: a bigger kitchen bin and clearer instructions on where to dispose of rubbish (as it can build up over a week’s stay), some complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking items like oil, more toilet roll and kitchen roll stocked, and perhaps laundry tablets for the washing machine. It would also be ideal if the toilet were separate from the shower to help with the morning rush. More towels for larger groups staying. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped base in a great location — we’d be happy to stay again.

This is a large unit, with plenty of sleeping space for large groups.  It is in close walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium.  Daniel and his group of co-hosts are easy to contact and we’re always responsive to my questions or needs.  They were friendly and easy to work with.  Great value for the money.

Stayed here for a group trip. Walkable to Broadway (15-20 minutes). Gas station and restaurants nearby- be sure to check out Mr J’s for a pastrami and milkshake. Great layout- garage with pool table for hanging out, roof deck, and adequate beds. Would gladly stay here again!

The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and it wasn't a big deal that we were running 10 minutes late at check out.  Place is walkable to Broadway if nice out, but may want to use Uber at night or poor weather.

Our 2 hosts check in with us via text the night we checked in, and when i replied with a couple of issue inside the unit. They responded quickly asking if we wanted the issues taken care of ? We said yes and never received a response.  The unit needs a little TLC, both of the bathroom door on the 2nd floor are off and wont latch, and in the same room the shower door is offset and not aligned.  the floor in the kitchen dinning area is buckling. One of the beds on the 3rd floor has broken or no wood support planks. Even with the issues i would stay here again. Otherwise it a great place for families to gather, we had a great time in the city due to location of Daniel's place location

The unit is nice, and it's located very close to the airport. Not the best neighborhood, and it's a bit of a hike to downtown. We didn't have a good communications experience and had to get AirBNB support involved to hear back at all. They have fixed the appliances, and it was cleaned before our stay. No issues with hot water even when everyone was getting ready around the same time. There were a number of cosmetic things that we noticed that need to be addressed, including marks on the walls, tape still on the walls, inconsistent paint quality, loose holders and hooks for toiletpaper and towels, and loose / unattached faucets and handles. Rooftop deck was okay, but had loose tiles and it didn't feel very welcoming. We didn't spend any time up there. Overall, it was an okay trip.
