The space
Whiskey Row Retreat is two downtown Nashville homes under one roof — plenty of room for the whole crew without splitting up. The setup works well for wedding parties, family reunions, birthday trips, corporate getaways, or any group that needs more space than a single rental offers.
Both sides feature modern decor, open layouts, and plenty of room to spread out. Each home has a comfortable living area that connects to a fully equipped kitchen with an island — a natural hangout spot for group meals, movie nights, or pregaming before a night on Broadway.
Upstairs, each side opens to its own private rooftop with lounge seating and skyline views — a great spot for sunsets, group photos, or gathering the crew before heading out.
You can book one side for a smaller group or the whole property for a larger one.
