Second floor- 2 queen beds with shared bath to living area. The Living room as well doubles for additional sleeping
Third Floor- One bedroom with 2 queens and full bathroom, second bedroom with 2 queens and full bathroom as well
Fourth Floor- HUGE roof deck complete with plenty of seating, bar, and cabanna beds (just to insure if you want to catch some rays you can!)

The place was great! We had a blast, really enjoyed having a rooftop, and the amenities were nice. The amount of bunk beds probably makes it more accommodating for families or at least groups with kids. We were all adults 50+ so people definitely needed to get their heads around sleeping on thin-mattress bunks for a few nights, but it worked out! Would stay there again for sure. Chase

Had a great time. Airbnb was exactly as listed. The house fit our large group well. We had fun being at the house and it was a short ride to music row and downtown. Great host. Would recommend
