The house was great, easy check-in, great community and communication with the host. However I feel like the description was miss leading, said it was minutes to broadway but it was over an hour walk to downtown broadway and 15-25 minute drive. The location was very nice, a beautiful walking park minutes away from the house and the area was clean and quiet. This is a townhouse and seems to be huge area for large groups of people with an attached other townhouse. We did have a drunk person trying to get into our place at 6 am, however this was outside of the hosts control. Wouldn’t talk anyone out of it, just a FYI to keep doors locked T

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here! We came to Nashville for a bachelorette party and absolutely loved the house. There was plenty of space for our whole group, and it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a fun weekend. The location was super convenient, just a quick 10-minute drive to Broadway, which made it easy to get to all the action but still have a quiet place to come back to. Would definitely recommend this place for any group trip to Nashville! Angelina
